Outdoor Seating Cushion Cleaning

• Includes cushion cleaning for 1 sectional or 2 standard sofas and up to 2 additional chairs. Cushions will be vacuumed/debris removed, then hand-detailed onsite using a cushion brush with warm, soapy water.

• Additional chairs: $15 each

• Additional sofas: $35 each

Lounge Chair Cushion Cleaning

• Includes cushion cleaning for up to 2 lounge chairs using our onsite hand-detailing process.

• Additional lounge chairs: $15 each

Please note: Deep-set stains that require off-site washing machine cleaning are an additional $15 per cushion. Full stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Surfaces & Details

• Coffee table (1) and side tables (2) wiped down

Appliances (Exterior Only)

• Grill, side burners or stovetop, refrigerator

• Cabinet fronts and drawers wiped down

Fixtures & Features

• Ceiling fans dusted and detailed to remove dirt, pollen, and cobwebs

• Patio ceiling dusted using a thick bristle brush with focus on corners and buildup areas

• TVs (up to 2) dry wiped to remove dust and pollen

Entry Points

• Exterior doors leading into the home cleaned

• Glass left streak-free and free of pollen buildup

Flooring & Grounds

• Sweeping of paved patio areas to remove dirt, leaves, and debris

  • Covers up to 400 sq. ft.

  • Additional space: $10 per 100 sq. ft.

Windows

• Exterior windows: $10 per window

• Please note: Exterior windows are cleaned by hand. We do not offer power washing services and cannot reach windows above 12 feet.

  • For customers looking for window only services or more extensive window washing, we are happy to provide a referral to one of our trusted local partners.

Front Yard Add-On Package: $75

• Front door cleaned (including glass if applicable)

• Sidelight windows cleaned (if present)

• Underside of awning above entry dusted 

• Front porch swept and tidied
