Consistently Clean Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing Consistently Clean! We’re committed to providing you with the highest-quality, eco-friendly cleaning services. Please review the following terms, which help set clear expectations and ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team.

Scope of Services: Your cleaning will be performed according to the agreed-upon checklist for the type of service selected (standard, deep clean, post-construction or move-in/move-out).

Any requests outside of this checklist may be considered at the discretion of the cleaning team. Last-minute or add-on requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled during the scheduled service time and could incur additional cost.

Guarantee: We proudly offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will gladly return to address the specific areas of concern at no additional cost.

Please note: We do not provide monetary refunds for services rendered.

Payment: Payment is due at time of service. Checks, cash, and major credit cards are accepted. Appointments are only guaranteed with a credit card. If a check or cash is not presented at time of service your credit card will be charged.

Liability & Insurance:

  • Consistently Clean is fully insured and bonded, providing you with peace of mind and protection.

  • While our cleaners take the utmost care in your home, accidents can occasionally happen. In such cases, we will take responsibility for any damages directly caused by our team, in accordance with our insurance policy.

  • Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, and improper installation are not covered. Customers are encouraged to secure or remove valuables, delicate items, and heirlooms prior to service.

  • Consistently Clean cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of improper tools or cleaning products requested by the client that are contrary to our professional recommendations.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

  • 48 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 charge.

  • Less Than 24 Hours / Day-of: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, refusal of entry at the door, or a lockout will incur a $75 charge.

  • This policy ensures that we can fairly compensate our cleaning professionals for the time they reserve for  your home.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our team has safe and reasonable access to the home at the scheduled service time.

  • Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items to avoid accidents.

  • Please notify us of any special surfaces, materials, or areas that require special care prior to the cleaning.

Other Service Providers: For the safety of our team, the security of your home, and to ensure the highest quality of service, we kindly request that no other service providers (movers, carpet cleaners, plumbers, carpenters, etc.) be in the home during your scheduled cleaning.

If other providers are present, we will do our best to work around them. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the quality of our work in these situations, and we are unable to return to re-clean areas impacted by other service providers after we have completed our service.

Parking: If parking is not available in your driveway, please notify MC Cleaners of a convenient place to park near your castle. There may be an extra charge for metered parking.

Health + Biohazard/Sanitation Hazards: Our team cannot clean areas affected by biohazards, including but not limited to: blood, bodily fluids, animal waste, human waste, pest infestations, mold, mildew, black mold, used needles, or medical waste. If any biohazards are discovered, service will be discontinued immediately, and the customer may be responsible for applicable cancellation fees.

Our associates: By accepting our service, you agree to neither solicit, directly or indirectly, nor hire any current or former Consistently Clean associates, who have provided service to your home without compensation to Consistently Clean for its loss, and the expressed written consent of Consistently Clean.

Appliances, furniture, and boxes: We do not move furniture, refrigerators, stoves, or washers/dryers to clean under and behind them, even if they are on wheels.

Trash: We do not move large amounts of trash. We will place up to two kitchen-sized garbage bags of trash in the curbside container, but there is an extra charge for larger amounts of trash.

Illegal Substances & Firearms: For the safety and protection of all parties, Consistently Clean strictly prohibits its employees from cleaning in any environment where illegal substances or unsecured firearms are present. All firearms must be safely stored in a secured location prior to the cleaners’ arrival.

If illegal substances, drug paraphernalia, or open/unsecured firearms are observed upon entry, Consistently Clean reserves the right to refuse or immediately discontinue service at its sole discretion. In such cases, no cleaning will be performed, and the client may be held responsible for any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in this agreement.

Unsafe Working Conditions: For the safety and well-being of our cleaning staff, Consistently Clean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the cleaners determine that the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise hazardous. In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and no charges will be incurred for the refused service.

Agreement

By booking a service with Consistently Clean, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Service Agreement.
